The Trendition line from Delitrade is designed to meet the changing demand of the consumer. Two years ago Delitrade initiated a pilot project to adapt traditional products such as pressed pork brawn to meet consumers' more stringent demands.
That required an investment of over 750,000 euros in scientific research and the construction of a prototype.
