- 1 block TRENDITION Pickanterie of 400 grams
- 1 green courgette
- 1 yellow courgette
- 1 aubergine
- 2 large Tomabel tomatoes
- 8 large mushrooms
- 10 cl olive oil
- Sea salt, pepper
- Cut the vegetables in equal pieces and layer them on a baking sheet with a few thyme leaves in between.
- Season with salt and pepper and pour on some olive oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes at 180 °C.
- Cut the Pickanterie into thick round slices.
- Make a beautiful lasagne.
