Lasagne Pickanterie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 block TRENDITION Pickanterie of 400 grams
  • 1 green courgette
  • 1 yellow courgette
  • 1 aubergine
  • 2 large Tomabel tomatoes
  • 8 large mushrooms
  • 10 cl olive oil
  • Sea salt, pepper

PREPARATION:

  • Cut the vegetables in equal pieces and layer them on a baking sheet with a few thyme leaves in between.
  • Season with salt and pepper and pour on some olive oil.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes at 180 °C.
  • Cut the Pickanterie into thick round slices.

PRESENTATION:

  • Make a beautiful lasagne.
