Recipes Spring brawn sour cream
- 3 slices TRENDITION spring brawn with vegetables, 80 grams each
- 1 large cucumber
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 lemon
- Fresh sage
- Cut the cucumber in long strips. Roll a slice of TRENDITION spring brawn in each strip.
- Zest the lemon, finely chop the sage, and mix both through the sour cream.
- Cut the lemon in half and then in thin slices.
- Garnish a strip with a tablespoon of sour cream and a slice of lemon. Repeat three times.
